In a hypno-journey session, we embark with a 30-minute interview to grasp your aspirations, guiding you to shape the path of your journey. The subsequent hour is dedicated to immersive trance-led healing, where I facilitate the exploration and manifestation of your desired experience.

Born in Boulder, Colorado, I've dedicated 8 years to mastering Reiki and 2 years to refining my skills in Hypno-Journey, all under the guidance of my mentor, Lisa Schiavone. My deepest passion lies in guiding individuals to rediscover their body's innate connections through practices like Reiki and Hypno-Journey. These transformative methods have profoundly reconnected me with my inner world, paving the way for healing and a return to my authentic self. My aspiration is to create a nurturing space for others, offering them the same transformative path to healing that I was fortunate to experience.

What are the benefits of Reiki?
Reiki is recognized for its potential to contribute to healing a wide spectrum of illnesses and injuries, spanning from conditions like multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and cancer to addressing more immediate concerns such as skin issues, cuts, bruises, headaches, colds, and sore throats. Its positive effects extend to healing fatigue, insomnia, impotence, poor memory, lack of confidence, and an excess of negative thoughts. Moreover, Reiki complements various forms of therapy by enhancing their effectiveness. It works to improve the outcomes of medical treatments, lessening adverse side effects, expediting healing, alleviating pain, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of optimism
What is Reiki?
Reiki operates in harmony with the inherent energy within us known as Life Force. Through Reiki, this life force is amplified, promoting its flow in synergy with the body's natural rhythms. By aligning with this life force, Reiki facilitates the release of negative energy, allowing it to dissipate. Reiki treatments are often described as a delightful, soothing experience—akin to a warm, radiant glow enveloping the body.
Is Reiki Religious?
Reiki is spiritual but non-dogmatic. No beliefs need to be abandoned or collected in order to receive Reiki. Its efficacy transcends belief systems; whether one believes in it or not, Reiki functions autonomously. Originating from a higher power, it often leads individuals to a profound sense of connection with something greater—be it the higher self, a higher power, the universe, or simply an expansive energy.
Can Reiki Cause Harm?
Reiki, stemming from universal consciousness, is inherently incapable of causing harm. Its nature is always beneficial, never draining one's energy, and immune to manipulation by practitioners to generate anything detrimental.

What is Hypno-Journey?
So many things can be accomplished through hypno-journey. This process can create communion between the individual and spirit. Allowing us to come into contact with higher powers and guides that assist us in our healing, exploration and cultivation of our parts of self
Hypno-Journey utilizes trance states, sacred inner journey and modern hypnotherapeutic techniques. Using archetypal and Jungian theory we can dive into the subconscious to heal, explore and cultivate.
What does a Hypno-Journey Session look like?
A session can look similar to a guided interactive meditation. At my office, laying on a massage table I will guide you into trance. You are 100% in charge and conscious of what is happening, I am there to guide you to where you want to go or who you want to meet
Hypno-Journey Events
This is a wonderful opportunity to dip your toes into the etheric realm without committing to private session. Come meet others with the same intention of creating deeper connections, drink tea and explore your subconscious. These journey’s are not interactive and are entirely private in terms fo what you experience in trance. We have a chance to share afterwards but in no way is anyone obligated.
